{"id":39155,"date":"2019-08-15T13:13:11","date_gmt":"2019-08-15T11:13:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-its.org\/projects\/mesi-strat\/"},"modified":"2025-03-05T10:37:25","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T09:37:25","slug":"mesi-strat","status":"publish","type":"hits-project","link":"https:\/\/www.h-its.org\/de\/projects\/mesi-strat\/","title":{"rendered":"MESI-STRAT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/mesi-strat.eu\/\">MESI-STRAT<\/a> consortium explores the interplay of breast cancer  metabolism and oncogenic signaling (MEtabolic SIgnaling) by systems  medicine approaches. MESI-STRAT develops new models for knowledge-based  stratification of patients into subgroups with different endocrine  therapy resistance mechanisms.
