Dr. Lipi Thukral is Scientist Research Fellow in Computational Biophysics at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (IGIB) in New Delhi. She has temporarily joined the group to investigate the mechanical effects of membrane curvature upon the binding of scaffolding proteins. In particular, Dr. Thukral is interested to test the ability of the in-house developed Force Distribution Analysis (FDA) software to describe the behaviour of membranes when bound to proteins.
