Bisher war unbekannt, warum dieser Proteinverkehr zugleich so schnell und doch exakt genug ist, um unerw\u00fcnschte Molek\u00fcle an der Passage zu hindern. Durch eine Kombination von Computersimulationen und verschiedenen experimentellen Techniken haben Forscher aus Deutschland, Frankreich und Gro\u00dfbritannien dieses R\u00e4tsel gel\u00f6st: Ein sehr bewegliches Protein kann an seinen Rezeptor innerhalb von Millardstel Sekunden binden. Die Forschungsarbeit unter der Leitung von <strong>Edward Lemke (EMBL)<\/strong>, <strong>Frauke Gr\u00e4ter (HITS)<\/strong> und <strong>Martin Blackledge (IBS)<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.h-its.org\/mbm-aktuelles\/schluessel-zur-proteinbindung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wurde in \u201eCell\u201c ver\u00f6ffentlicht<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Exzellenzcluster <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cellnetworks.uni-hd.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CellNetworks<\/a> hat jetzt ein Youtube-Video zu diesem Projekt ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Die Produktion wurde durch <strong>Research in Germany\/DFG<\/strong> erm\u00f6glicht.
