{"id":48624,"date":"2023-11-28T10:59:35","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T09:59:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-its.org\/de\/?p=48624"},"modified":"2023-11-28T11:05:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T10:05:17","slug":"ki-herzmedikamente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-its.org\/de\/2023\/11\/28\/ki-herzmedikamente\/","title":{"rendered":"Mit KI zu neuen Herzmedikamenten"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In einem k\u00fcrzlich ver\u00f6ffentlichten Artikel (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thieme-connect.de\/products\/ejournals\/abstract\/10.1055\/a-2131-2843\"><em>Aktuelle Kardiologie<\/em>\u201d 2023; 12(06): 450-458<\/a>) gehen Wissenschaftler*innen der Forschungsgruppen \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-its.org\/research\/mcm\/\">Molecular and Cellular Modeling<\/a>\u201d am HITS und der \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.klinikum.uni-heidelberg.de\/zentrum-fuer-innere-medizin-medizin-klinik\/innere-medizin-iii-kardiologie-angiologie-und-pneumologie\/forschung\/forschung\/section-of-molecular-and-translational-cardiology\">Section of Molecular and Translational Cardiology<\/a>\u201c des Universit\u00e4tsklinikums Heidelberg der Frage nach, wie gro\u00df das Potenzial von K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (KI) bei der Entdeckung und Entwicklung neuer Pr\u00e4zisionsarzneimittel gegen Herzkrankheiten ist. Die Autor*innen forschen gemeinsam im Rahmen des Heidelberger Konsortiums <a href=\"https:\/\/informatics4life.org\/\">Informatics4life<\/a>, das von der Klaus Tschira Stiftung gef\u00f6rdert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf KI basierende Kandidaten f\u00fcr nicht-kardiovaskul\u00e4re Erkrankungen durchlaufen bereits klinische Studien. Ob sie dort besser abschneiden, bleibt abzuwarten. Prinzipiell scheint KI pr\u00e4destiniert daf\u00fcr, die eher ineffizienten traditionellen Prozesse f\u00fcr die Entdeckung und Entwicklung von Medikamenten neu zu strukturieren.
