Recipient of a DAAD research grant for doctoral students.

Research Interests

Peptide therapeutics, computational drug design, peptide–membrane interactions, molecular simulations, and machine learning for molecular modeling. Particular biological interests include cardiovascular and skeletal muscle function and disease, as well as metabolic disorders. I am also strongly interested in scientific programming, with a particular enthusiasm for programming languages and exploring new languages and programming paradigms.
